Buying on Souqna

How do I place an order?
Browse or search, add products to your cart, open the cart and press “Proceed to checkout”, fill in your delivery details and place the order. You will see a confirmation page and receive an e-mail.
Can I buy from several sellers in one order?
Yes. Your cart can contain products from different sellers; the order is split automatically and each seller prepares their own part.
Do I need an account?
You can browse without one. An account lets you track orders, keep a wishlist and write reviews.
How do I find sellers near me?
Open the Sellers page and choose your city, or use the city map on the home page.

Payment and delivery

How can I pay?
Currently by cash on delivery. Card and wallet payments are planned.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery starts from EGP 30 and takes 2–6 working days depending on the city; express delivery is available from EGP 60. See the Shipping & Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and e-mail. Sellers may also send you a tracking number by e-mail.

Returns and problems

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days if it is damaged, defective or not as described. Fresh food and opened personal-care items cannot be returned. See Returns & Refunds.
My order is late or damaged. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We will follow up with the seller and the courier.

Selling on Souqna

How do I become a seller?
Click “Sell on Souqna”, register as a seller and wait for approval. Then add your products from the seller dashboard.
How much does it cost?
Registration is free. Souqna keeps a 10% commission on completed orders.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings (after commission) appear in your dashboard. Request a withdrawal when you reach the minimum balance; the administrator approves it.
